The Take Over The Breaks Over is a Superpowers based rpg set in Chicago, Illinois, 2009.
Evil and good exist as usual, however the old leagues on each side have disbanded and all that's left is people doing crime, fulfilling their own needs, helping out, and simply living in Chicago. As of late though, a certain notorious villain, The Scorn, has destroyed L.A. and has set up shop now in Chicago.
He works to form a band of villains in order to do his dirty work. In response, the ex-sidekick to a now deceased legendary superhero, is trying to reform the old league of heroes.
Good, evil, powerless, or will you just chill with Deja- oh, I mean Charlie, of course, at the No Capes Bar? Remember, you need to have powers to get in - and the 7ft bouncer will definitely card you. ;D
