The staff of Northern Downpour is pleased to announce that House Points are making a comeback! With this addition, there have been a few more changes that are important to note for anyone involved in Hogwarts.

[/i] allowed to dock points for infractions, but not from other Prefects. Also, they may not award points. Teachers and House Heads may dock and award points to whomever they choose. To keep track of how many points each House has, please post in this thread with any and all additions or subtractions of points. Only the person with the authority to affect the points should post, however. No abusing this, please![/ul]

The point totals are listed as alternative text on their respective House icons in the House Points sidebar. However! There seems to be an issue with the alt text showing up for everyone; if this is the case, right-clicking (or ctrl+click for Macs!) and checking the "image properties" will show the alternative text and the House points. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but the internets are tricky tubes. They don't always behave as they are asked. :[
